Submitting assignments to Organization members private repo's

Hi,

I have successfully setup an organizational account for my class, and I have a question about a submitting projects to the correct repos. I have setup individual teams for each of my students so they only have access to their respective repositories (there’s also a public one that all can see). I had them setup Android Studio to sync their projects with GitHub, but their projects are being pushed to their public accounts, not their Organizational private repos. I’m not sure if anyone is familiar with Android Studio, but I was trying to make it as simple as possible for them, and since Android Studio includes version control management directly, they wouldn’t have to use command line instructions to do this. Is there a special way to push projects to Organizational Team accounts instead of their public account? Do they need to use the command line tools to do this?

Thanks!

It sounds like their remotes might not be set correctly. This help article might be helpful:

Hi, For anyone else who may be having this problem, I found a very useful link below on how to use GitHub with Android Studio which is exactly what I needed:

Thanks Scott, setting up the remote correctly was actually one of the steps in this article also.
