Rejected requests

I’ve been trying to make the arrest for weeks but is always rejected, I’m a student at the University of Cordoba, Colombia I register with the institutional mail, but it turns out that the github appears that the University is in Spain, but not so, is in Colombia, I have sent selfie with my student card, and photo of the student certificate. But it is always rejected.

Forgive my English, use the translator.
