My query is can a student apply for GitHub campus expert, if already in the senior year there is someone who is already github, campus expert??
means can we have 2 GitHub campus experts but from different years??
and I study in a university whose centre is in Chennai, but I m in Delhi branch, so GitHub will check the applications, branch wise or the whole university?
GitHub Campus Expert program only allow one campus expert per university for now.

That can happen when we have a senior student about to graduate and they want to pass the baton to the next generation. By doing this, the students make sure there is a GitHub Campus Expert on their campus.
