I have registered in another account in student pack with the same documents that i have sent in this account but it didn’t accepted in this account .
Note: Documents are in Arabic
No need for using university email id for GitHub Account creation

Maybe due to same document content, you new account got plagiarized with old GitHub account. This can only be the issue while getting your student pack. @mrprogrammerr
my old account was removed by me and i created this account with the same email address

Try different email or username with different document details. Hope that this will solve your problem.
You have to contact with github community and explain your problem . They will surely help you out.
