I have picked the micropython GitHub. This is a very active project with many contributors which indicates that this project is well alive and kicking (which is great news for us Python users who want to program hardware using python).
I think the feature that allows visualizing student’s contributions to a project is excellent. It puts some numbers against complaints of students who find that some members might not be pulling their weight. Using these numbers, I could start a conversation with the student involved. It also might prevent students from slacking in the first place if they know that their contributions can be visualized :).
