Classroom page shows failing commit; Repo page shows passing build

I am seeing inconsistencies between the GitHub Classroom page and the student’s actual repository.

Specifically, the Classroom page says that the student’s last commit failed.

But when I go to the Actions page on the student’s repository, it shows that the last build passed

Notice that the last commit was 8 days ago.

Also, this repo only has the one master branch.

Is there a way to force the classroom page to “rebuild” when it gets out of sync?

I also noticed this identical issue for a student of mine. I think the deadline cutoff messed with the reporting. I had everything due by the last hour of the day and I should have done 00:00 for the next day.

After removing the deadline altogether from the due assignment I see the “Latest commit passed” go green for this student.
