Cant upload student identification document upload a picture button is missing

i have my school transcript and school portal screenshot whichi want to use for verification but i cannot use beacause the uplaod button is missing day before yesterday the button was there but now it isnt i tried using different browsers but now help

Use camera to upload on Laptop.

I am having the same problem. I tried using a USB webcam, but can’t get a clear enough picture to make it worth using. I am looking at using a software webcam that will allow me to use a picture as an image source.
